This report is to be completed by the tutor at end of their learner-tutor match. The purpose of this report is:

 

  1. To assist Literacy Victoria to gain an understanding of the successes and challenges of the match.
  2. To obtain information and recommendations to support future planning or activities with the learner and/or tutor.
